The City Developments are working on a new 99 years leasehold project of residential units by the Handy Road – Haus on Handy as they name it. With the plan of developing approximately 200 units, the company has secured an area of 51,604 sq. ft. on District 09 by the Mount Sophia Road. With a gross floor area of over 120,000 sq. ft, it is going to be one of the largest residential projects in the area.

That being said, this real estate project has Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station as its nearest MRT and Bus Interchange. Apart from that, the site is centrally located among several shopping malls, schools and other points of interest.
